  2. 1Egg
  3. 1 sliceof Cheese (your choice)
  4. 1Sausage Patty
  5. 1Hollandaise Sauce
  6. dashSalt
  7. dashPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast english muffin.

  2. 2

    While english muffin is toasting. beat egg and pour into greased 8in pan. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    When you can see bottom of egg turn white lower heat med-low and cover.

  4. 4

    While egg is cooking cook sausage patty.

  5. 5

    When egg is done fold in half and then half again.

  6. 6

    When everything else is done cooking spread hollandaise sauce on english muffin, assemble and enjoy.
