Ingredients

  1. season mix
  2. 2 largepotatoes
  3. 3Long stem onions
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 2stems of fresh chopped dill
  6. 1/2 tspbasil
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsppaprika
  9. 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella
  10. 1/2 cupsharp cheddar
  11. 1 tbspcream cheese
  12. Top it off pre-bake
  13. 2 pinchseason all salt
  14. 1shredded mozzarella
  15. 1shredded sharp cheddar
  16. 2 pinchpaprika
  17. optional, post bake
  18. 1sour cream

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cube the potatoes, roughly 1in thick.

  2. 2

    Boil cubes until tender (speeds up cook time) - or just use raw, but requires double baking time.

  3. 3

    Drain and transfer cubes to mixing bowl

  4. 4

    Add in season mix ingredients, give potatoes a few tosses. (If you precooked cubes, mixing too much will break apart cubes and make them mushy)

  5. 5

    Transfer to baking dish

  6. 6

    Top it off, pre-bake ingredients

  7. 7

    Bake at 375° for 15-20min

  8. 8

    *Optional* we add sour cream when we plate & serve
