6Boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
1/4 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
2 tbspItalian style breadcrumbs
1/4 tspCayenne pepper

Place boneless skinless chicken on a baking sheet a half inch apart

Mix the mayonnaise,Parmesan cheese and the cayenne pepper together spread on top of the boneless skinless chicken
3

Sprinkle the chicken with the bread crumb mixture
4

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in the oven at 375degrees
