As usual I picked pantry items & include meat because I love lean meats. Makes for a complete balanced healthy meal. I also sometimes include 1/4 cup shredded cabbage in this recipe the last min of simmer.

As usual I picked pantry items & include meat because I love lean meats. Makes for a complete balanced healthy meal. I also sometimes include 1/4 cup shredded cabbage in this recipe the last min of simmer.
Cooking Instructions

In a pot brown meatballs in olive oil. I always brown mine on med high heat watching that it doesn't burn. Once brown add water, pasta & beef bouillon or beef broth heat to medium & cover 3 mins.

Add basil leaves, cilantro cube, onion powder cover & simmer for 3 mins.
- 3
Add diced tomatoes, sweet peas & seasoning. If using beef broth please include at this time. cover & simmer for about 1 min. Serve with toasted french bread or butter biscuit, ***(option I garnish mine with hot sauce, fresh basil & fresh parmesan cheese.

Seen this recipe on social media, I didn’t know that this is a thing lol! I had some leftover meatballs from my meatball pizza, so I thought I’d give this a try something different other than meatball subs or in a pasta... plus there’s is veggies in this for the kids.... good for soup and salad night (everyone seemed to like it and asked for me. I didn’t think this would be a hit in my house hold , but it was I had none left, I was surprised.) I added some seasoning not in the recipe I do recommend using your favorite seasoning. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
