cook brownies as directed

let brownies cool

while brownies are cooling make pudding as directed on package

put pudding in refrigerator for an hour to so to cool

put oreos into a zip lock bag and crush

place crunch bar into bag and crush

cut brownies into some squares and layer on the bottom of container

poor and smooth pudding over brownies

add cool whip and smooth

add oreos ontop of cool whip

add chrunch bar ontop of oreos

spread some m&m minis ontop
