Steps

Peel off the ash gourd.

Cut the pieces in triangular shape.

Now boiled in simple water for 15 minutes.

In a pan add water, sugar and green food colour and boiled.

Now add all triangular pieces in sugar syrup.

In a bowl add gulkand, chopped almonds and cashews, paan bahar mix well.

Fill the triangular shapes with gulkand mix.

Now cover with other triangular piece and close with cloves.

Now garnish with silver varak and serve it.
