3grinds of sea salt and garlic grinder
2shakes of tumeric and pepper
1/2 stickunsalted butter
7chicken tenders
4mushrooms sliced

In a pan cut up chicken and add in mushrooms and butter and cook on low add in spices and let cook until chicken is done add in sweet n sour sauce and let simmer until sauce is incorporated serve over rice
