Ingredients: 6 Jalapenos ribbed, seeded and finely diced. (more or less depending on how hot you want it); 8 oz package of cream cheese softened.; 1 large container of sour cream. (16 oz); 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.; 1 cup parmesan cheese. (1/4 cup set aside for topping); 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs. (topping); 2 slice cooked and crumbled bacon. (topping); 3 tbsp melted butter (topping)

Add Cooksnap

6Jalapenos ribbed, seeded and finely diced. (more or less depending on how hot you want it)
8 ozpackage of cream cheese softened.
1 largecontainer of sour cream. (16 oz)
2 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese.
1 cupparmesan cheese. (1/4 cup set aside for topping)
3/4 cuppanko bread crumbs. (topping)
2 slicecooked and crumbled bacon. (topping)
3 tbspmelted butter (topping)

Cooking Instructions

Mix the first 5 ingredients.(leaving out 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese)

Place in an oven safe pan.( I use a round one, about the size of a pie dish)

Mix the bread crumbs, bacon, parmesan cheese, and melted butter.

Sprinkle over the cheese mixture.

Bake at 350° until melty and lightly browned. (about 20 min)

Serve warm with your choice of crackers or chips. (I like it with Ritz or Frito scoops. Yum!)
