Although 10 jalapeños seem like a lot they mellow during baking and the heat is in the seeds and membranes which I removed when dicing. This is super easy and has lots of WOW, it's a keeper!

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8 ozpackage (you need two) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cupgrated Mexican cheese blend
  5. 10jalapeños, deseeded and diced
  6. 1/2 lbfried bacon, diced
  7. 1 cupMexican cheese blend (For topping)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F Fahrenheit.

    Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy.

  3. 3

    Add in the 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and the 1/2 cup of Mexican cheese blend, jalapeños, and bacon crumbles. Combine well.

    Pour into a casserole dish (2 qt or 9x13 baking dish) and bake 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add remaining cup of Mexican cheese on top of dip and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.

  6. 6

    Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices.
