Ingredients

  • 1 bowldeseeded khajoor
  • 1 tbsptamrind
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 1 tbspjeera
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak khajoor in warm water and make fine paste of it.

  2. 2

    Then add tamrind paste, salt, red chilli powder and jeera and again puree it.

  3. 3

    Now heat tsp of oil and roast coriander seeds in it. And roast it. And add this tadka in puree and mix it
