  • 1 lbsweet corn
  • 2/3 stickbutter
  • 2/3 cuporange marmalade
  • 1 pinchsugar

    Slowly melt butter in a large saute pan. Add corn and a pinch of sugar. Sweat for one minute. Add marmalade. Stir. Cook until marmalade dissolves.
