Steps

Wash Chicken n marinate with two tbs lemon juice, keep for one hour in room temperature.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, saute chopped onion, let it brown colour, Now add ginger garlic paste, mix well, saute till aromatic flavour of garlic comes out.

Now add all dry ingredients.. Coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder , saute for two minutes.

Add chicken pieces, pour remaining lemon juice n orange juice too. Add salt. Mix well. Keep the flame low.

Now add sugar cane juice, (it's balance tangy ness of lemon n orange juice. U just taste now Chicken spices, if u feel its more tangy then add sugar cane juice,as u need, if u can bear tangy ness just avoid it)add black pepper too now.

Add water. Cook with lid till Chicken soft. For twenty minutes.

Open the lid, check with fork the chicken, if fork easily poke the chicken, it's done.

Off the gas n Sprinkle garam masala.. Garnish with some lemon rind.
