Wash chicken and set aside in a pot, blend pepper, onions, garlic and ginger and pour into the chicken, add salt, knorr cube, thyme and curry powder

Parboil chicken without adding water and allow it cook till its tender,
- 3
Remove from pot and drain ; heat up a small pot for shallow frying and add veg oil enough to cover hald of the pot
- 4
Once the oil is hot, start frying your chicken; you can allow it fry out as in dried fry or medium rare fry; I like medium rare
- 5
Once it fried to your specification; remove from oil and drain in a paper towel; serve as desired.
