Heat tawa and add 1 tsp oil and roast chilli in it.

Then do same with lasun.

Now on same heated tawa switch off the flame and just put coriander on it. Just not let it get fried.

Now take all ingredients in mixer and add 2 tbsp of oil and salt and grind it to fine paste.

Instead of pudina use onion for different taste.
