Ingredients

50 minutes
  • 2 cupsbrown sugar
  • 1 cupsoft butter
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 6medium apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspnutmeg

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    In large bowl, cream sugar and oil

  3. 3

    Add eggs, vanilla, apples, nuts. Mix.

  4. 4

    Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and slowly add to mixture, stirring between additions

  5. 5

    Grease 9x13 pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
