  1. 2 bunchescut kales
  2. 1big tomatoes
  3. 4 TBScooking oil
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Add onion in a sufuria then add oil, fry till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft then add kales and salt

  3. 3

    Stir then cover to cook for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with Ugali
