Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  2. 2 lbboneless chicken thigh
  3. 1 cupchopped celery
  4. 1 1/2 cupsnow peas
  5. 3 largebroccoli
  6. 4 clovegarlic,diced
  7. 3shallots, diced
  8. 1/4 cupgreen onions,chopped
  9. 1 cupsoy sauce
  10. 1 cupchicken stock
  11. 1/4 cupminced ginger
  12. pinchpepper
  13. pinchsalt
  14. pinchred pepper flakes
  15. 1 tbspsesame oil
  16. 1/4 cupoyster sauce
  17. 1 1/4 cupsugar
  18. 1/4 cupsriracha sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken in slices then into 1 in. Cubes

  2. 2

    Heat a wok or pot at medium-high heat and add oil to pan to warm up

  3. 3

    When oil is heated add garlic and shallots n cook till onions are translucent

  4. 4

    Add chicken to pan and grill till completely cooked

  5. 5

    Add chicken stock and flavor with the salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Incorporate broccoli to wok first since it will take longer to cook

  7. 7

    Then add the rest of your veggies and sit keeping the pan at the same medium-high heat

  8. 8

    Now add the rest of your flavored enhacing ingredients. Add each ingredient one at a time and stir to spread it throughout the stir fry.

    Lower the heat to about medium-low and find a lid cover stir fry and let it cook for about 5 minute to soften the veggies.

    When the veggies has a soft yet firm texture it is ready to serve.
