  1. 1egg
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/3 cupoil
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tspcinamon
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 1/2apple shredded
  8. 1 cupflour
  9. 1 tspVanilla
  10. 2 tbspapricot jam
  11. 1 tbspcoconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix egg +vanilla+sugar+butter+oil +apple

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking powder and cinamon and mix well

  3. 3

    Baking for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C

  4. 4

    After baking put apricot jam and coconut on the surface
