Steps

Heat oil in pressure cooker

Add chopped onion and saute till pink in colour

Add chopped ginger garlic and red chilli paste

Corsley grind dry masala and add in it

Add salt and turmeric powder till it leaves oil

Add cubed lauki and potatoes mix it well add little water and close the lid

Cook it for 3-4 whistle

When the pressure is released take it add chopped coriander and serve with roti
