Ingredients

1 boxChocolate cake mix
1 boxchocolate instant pudding mix
1/4 cupoil
4eggs
1 1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupbutter
1/2 cupcrisco
1 cupsugar
1 boxvanilla instant pudding
1 cupmilk
1 tspvanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, oil,eggs, and 1 1/2 c. Milk.

Line cookie sheet pan with wax paper, grease wax paper

Pour batter on cookie sheet

Bake 10-15 minutes.

Cool cake then cut in half.

Mix butter, crisco, and sugar

Add vanilla pudding mix, remaining milk, and vanilla.

Spread over one half of cake. Place other half of cake on top of filling mixture.

*Note: you can use different flavors of pudding for the filling. I used banana in mine

What kind of pan did you bake this in. I haven't made mine for many years and we always lined 2 cookie sheets and 1/2 batter in each one and bake. After many years i made one and it did not rise like it used to. What size pudding did you use?
