Ingredients

  1. 1 cupap yellow cornmeal
  2. 1 cupap flour
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 4 ozcanned sliced jalapeño with juices
  6. 2 largeeggs
  7. 1 1/4 tbspbaking powder
  8. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  9. 12 ozcan of evaporated milk
  10. 1/2 tspsmoked paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    heat a cast iron skillet spray with nonstick

    mix all your ingredients pour into skillet and sprinkle paprika on top bake for 20-25 minutes or until done

    when done baking rub with stick of butter
