Ingredients

  • 2 lblobster
  • 1Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cuppico de gallo
  • 1hoagie
  • 1/2 cupreal mayo
  • 1 boxcrab boil
  • 1 bunchgreen onion

  1. 1

    bring crab boil in a large pot to a boil

  2. 2

    boil 4 large lobster tails ( i get the rock tails from Sam's)

  3. 3

    once tails are fully cooked, allow the tails to cool to room temperature

  4. 4

    pull the meat from shell

  5. 5

    dice tail meat into large chunks

  6. 6

    add old bay seasoning to taste

  7. 7

    chop green onions and combine with chopped lobster in a large mixing bowl

  8. 8

    slowly add Mayo, making sure to lightly coat lobster

  9. 9

    toast hoagies in the oven at 350°

  10. 10

    use 8-10 oz of lobster salad in each bun

  11. 11

    top sandwich with pico de gallo, and sprinkle old bay over the top

  12. 12

    enjoy
