Ingredients

  • 6tilapia filets cut in half length wise
  • 6eggs beaten
  • 2 packagessaltine crackers processed in a food processor until powder consistancy

Steps

  1. 1

    using a frying pan or deep fryer dip each fish filet in egg then dredge in cracker crumb then fry until golden brown on both sides about 6 minutes in total cook time

    serve in heated corn tortillas with blended salsa of your choice, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and cilantro.
