Made this for my chicken parmesan recipe (see my other recipes for chicken parm n fettucini alfredo).

Bring white wine to a low boil, let it reduce to half, add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and garlic, mix well, bring to low boil

Meanwhile mix all spices/herbs in a bowl with the olive oil
- 3
Once tomato sauce at low boil add bowl of olive oil and spices, blend using hand blender, reduce heat to simmer, allow to simmer for 30 mins to an hour mostly covered. Serve as desired or let cool and freeze for later. Makes ~ 3.5 cups of sauce.
