  1. 2 tbspOlive oil
  2. 1 tspCumin
  3. 2 cloveChopped garlic
  4. 1 smallred onion
  5. 1 headCauliflower
  6. 1 cupGrape tomatoes
  7. 1 cupPeas
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  9. 3 cupCooked Freekeh

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in large pan. Add garlic, onion, and cumin. Cook 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add cauliflower and sauté 8-10 min with lid on til brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, peas, and turmeric. Cook for 3 min.

  4. 4

    Mix with cooked Freekeh
