Cooking Instructions

Brown hamburger meat, drain and mix in spaghetti sauce. Set aside

Boil noodles till done and drain.

Spray casserole dish with pam and Put noodles in casserole dish.

You can mix the cottage cheese in with the meat mixture or layer it on the noodles. I'm lazy and just mix with meat & sauce.

Spread the meat mixture over the noodles and sprinkle with cheese
- 6
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

KISS keep it simple stupid. I'm a busy mom of 5 that has better things to do then hang out in the kitchen all day. I do however want to provide a home cooked meal. my recipes usually have a bag of this and a can of that, cook/bake and serve. moms happy, everybody's happy!

Got home late due to traffic issues. Have left over spaghetti (a lot) from last night. What can I do other than microwave it, or fry it with some Vindaloo paste (my normal go to).So I tried this. It turned out really nice, I would like to add some heat before assembly, but the wife nixed that 😉. A little more cheese might have been better also. But that is a personal preference. The wife liked it this way.
