This recipe is one to leave your mouth feeling all sorts of awesome and it's very simple to prepare.

Wash, peel and dice the potatoes and carrots and put in a bowl

Fry the chopped onions in a little cooking oil until golden brown then add chopped tomatoes to it

Let the tomatoes cook for about 5 minutes then add the pounded garlic. Add tomato paste at this stage and let the sauce simmer for about 4 minutes.

You can add the spices and salt as the sauce continues to cook.

Now add the diced potatoes and carrots to the sauce.

Add the cup of water mixed with royco and the 2 cups of beef stock. The beef stock is just to add a little more taste to the dish and make it thicker.

Now let the food simmer and cook until the potatoes and carrots are quite soft and can be cut through using a knife.

Make sure you add dhania when the food is almost ready to give it extra taste

Serve with your suitable accompaniment and enjoy.
