Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tspmeat masala
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  5. to tastesalt
  6. to taste red chilli
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in kadai and chopped onion with ginger garlic and green chilli saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add chopped tomato and mutton with one teaspoon meat masala.

  3. 3

    Saute for about 30 minutes, then add half cup curd

  4. 4

    Add little water..and take 5-6 whistle.

  5. 5

    Now ready to eat with garam garam roti...
