Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gyam (cubed)
  2. 200 gblack eyed beans
  3. 20 leavesgreen leave
  4. 50 mlGroundnut oil
  5. 1 kgsmoked titus fish
  6. 2medium scotch bonnet pepper
  7. 1 sachetgino magic tomato paste
  8. Seasoning
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Par boil the yam with little salt and set aside

    Parboil beans in little salt until soft and sieve out the water.

    Then place a pot with groundnut oil on the fire and allow to heatup then add the gino magic paste

    Stir and add the mashed scotch bonnet pepper and add little seasoning

    Stir well and fry for 30secs then add the par boiled beans

    Add the parboiled yam

    Then add the deboned smoked titus fish and sliced green leaves

    Stir well and allow to cook for 3 minutes
