great as a meal for lunch or a side for dinner either way you wont be disappointed. very easy to cook for the people that dont know how and doesnt take long at all also very affordable and filling meal its a win win dish I think :)

Ingredients

15 mins
4 servings
  1. 2celery sticks
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 5slices of bacon
  4. 1hand full of lettus
  5. 1 1/2cups of rice
  6. 75 gramsof mushrooms
  7. 1black pepper
  8. 1a couple drips of soy sauce
  9. 2 tspminced garlic
  10. 2drops of worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 tspof chilli coarse
  12. tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put 1 1/2 cups of rice in rice cooker and let that cook.

    Chop all ingredients finely and chuck into pan on high heat with a drizzel of olive oil. Add minced garlic chilli then stir

    Add two drops of worcestershire sauce and some cracked pepper to your liking then stir I dont add salt because of the bacon and soy sauce but its up to you if u want to add salt.

    Once rice is cooked chuck straight into the pan with everything else add 3 to 5 drops of soy sauce and stir through ingredients.

    Once mixed through evenly serve up and enjoy. Tastes better then you think and made with only left overs that I had in the fridge.
