Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 Cupcooked brown rice
  2. 1/4 cupchopped carrot
  3. 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  4. 1/4 cupcorn
  5. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  6. 1/4 cupchopped cottage cheese
  7. 1 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  9. to tastePao bhaji masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as neededCooking oil
  12. 1/2 tbspCumin seeds
  13. leafBay
  14. to tasteStar masala
  15. 1 stickCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, heat 2 tsp oil. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, star masala, cinnamon, black cardamon and saute.

    Once seeds start to crackle add chopped tomatoes and ginger. Keep sauteing.

  3. 3

    Now add all chopped vegetables and cover with lid. Let it cook for about 15-20mins while mixing intermittently.

    Add 2tbsp pao bhaji masala and saute again.

  5. 5

    Now add cooked brown rice and mix well.

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 5-7 mins.

  7. 7

    Tawa pulao is ready to be served. Enjoy!!
