Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 largeegg
  2. 1 1/4 tsppickled jalapeño, diced
  3. 2 tspyellow prepared mustard
  4. 1/4 tspdill weed
  5. 2 largevine ripened tomatoes
  6. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  8. 2 pinchparsley

    Boil your eggs

  2. 2

    Cut the tops off the tomatoes and carefully hollow out the tomatoes.

    Peel the eggs. Slice them add mustard, dill weed, jalapeños, the tomato that was hollowed out, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Stuff back into hollowed ot tomatoes. Top with parsley. Serve hope you enjoy!
