Ingredients

  1. Squid
  2. 4squid tubes (3-5 inches long)
  3. Marinating
  4. 3 tbspdark soy sauce
  5. 2 tbspchilli vinegar or distilled vinegar
  6. salt
  7. Stuffing
  8. 100 gramsshrimps (deveined)
  9. 1handful of sweet corn
  10. 4garlic cloves
  11. 1/3bell pepper
  12. 1/3carrot
  13. 1large scallions
  14. 3fresh green chilli
  15. 1/2tomato
  16. salt
  17. 1/3 tspblack pepper
  18. 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  19. Kitchen tool
  20. 4bamboo skewers or tooth pick

    ~For marinating the squid: - In a bowl mix the ingredients and marinate for an hour or two. ~For stuffing: Finely chop all the veggies, deveined the shrimp and season with ⅓ tbs coriander powder, ⅓tbs black pepper, a pinch of salt. Keep aside.

    ~For preparing the stuffing: -heat little oil in pan, saute the crushed garlic for few seconds, add shrimp to it saute a couple of minutes and add sweet corn. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute for 5-7 minutes.

    ~For Stuffing: -fill each squid tube with the stuffing and secure it with a tooth pick or a bamboo skewer. -heat generous amount of oil in pan and pan fry the stuffed squid tubes or deep fry until light golden brown. (Do not overcook) takes about 5-10minutes

    Garnish with parsley or spring onions. Dip with your favorite sauce. Enjoy ^^
