Whole DHANIA,jeera,kali mirch,brown ELACHI,cloves,cinnamon,dry amla ko dry roast kar kala kar le.

Jab masala kala ho jaye gas off kar de.

Thora cool ho jaye to dry mango powder,hing and KASURI methi mix kar grind kar le store kar le.

Note...Jab chana boil ho jaye to cooker ka lid nikal kar yeh masala 2 spoon dalna hai 2cup chana main mix kar lid laga de 10..15 minute baad cooker ka lid nikalenge to chana black ho jayega.
