I have had this recipe for years. My family loves them. I like to put shredded cheese on the top just before baking. This is a quick, easy dish to make. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cantuna (6.5 oz in water)
  2. 1 cupcheese (cubed) - I use sharp cheddar but any cheese will do
  3. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1/4 cupsweet pickle relish
  5. 2 tablespoons- green onion (chopped)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon- prepared mustard
  7. 4hot dog buns
  8. 1Sliced green olives - optional

Cooking Instructions

    NOTE: if using all 8 hot dog buns... double the recipe.

    Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

    Mix first six ingredients together (mix well)

  4. 4

    Fill buns with tuna mixture.

  5. 5

    Garnish with olives (optional)

  6. 6

    Arrange in cooking dish or baking pan. Cook uncovered until cheese melts. (Approx. 30 min).

This looks absolutely delicious. I'm going to run this by my boss and if she approves I'll make this today 12:22 2021.Added a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Also added hot dog buns or French rolls.To the author of this recipe thank you so much it looks great.
