Put oil in a sufuria, add in onions and stir until soft then add in garlic. Stir until a sweet smell is produced.

Then add in chopped hoho and fry for one minute. Then add in chopped Dania.

Then add in the chopped tomatoes. Stir well. Add in salt and dissolve royco in 1/4 cup of water.

When boiled, add in the all ready deep fried fish. Boil for 5 minutes then serve.
