Debone the chicken and cut into 1inch bitable size cubes

Marinade the chicken for 10mins with soy sauce, hoi sin sauce, oyster sauce, salt and half seasoning cubes

Blend to get a coarse consistency the habanero, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Adjust the habanero depending on how spicy you want the sauce

On a non stick fry pan add a little oil just to cover the surface of the pan and sear the marinated chicken turning both sides to cook and set aside

Add a little more oil to the left over in the frying pan and when hot add a small size sliced onion

Pour in the blended pepper and let simmer for 5mins

Add in the chicken with all it's juices into the pepper

Add the peanut powder stirr and adjust taste by adding salt and seasoning cubes as required

Cover and let simmer for 3 to 5 mins and put off the heat.

Serve with rice, garnished with cucumber slices
