Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupKetchup
  2. 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  3. 4 tbspButter
  4. 4 tbspPeach Nectar
  5. 2 tbspApple cider vinegar
  6. 2 tbspWorcestershire
  7. 2 tbspSteak Sauce
  8. 2 tbspSugar
  9. 1 tbspSalt
  10. 1 tbspDried Minced Onion
  11. 1/2 tbspLiquid Smoke
  12. 2 tspCayenne
  13. 1 tspMustard Powder
  14. 1 tspOnion Powder
  15. 1 tspCelery Salt
  16. 1 tspPaprika
  17. 3 cloveGarlic minced
  18. 1 mediumRed Chile Pepper seeded & chopped
  19. 1 mediumHabanero Pepper seeded & chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put butter and garlic in a medium pan & saute for a bit until the butter is completely melted.

    Mix the ingredients all together with a whisk until well blended in a small pot.

  3. 3

    Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat. Then let simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 mins or until appropriate thickness is reached.

    Let refrigerate overnight.
