Wheat vermicelli/semiya/shavige vegetable bath

I make it in a little different way to adjust it to the taste of my children. I just add cumin seeds, green chilli, veggies and wheat vermicelli (I also want to add in curry leaves, but they don’t allow me) using little oil and everybody at home likes it that way. It is not made either in Chinese style or in proper south Indian style, rather I can say …it’s in my own style ! ha ha…! It’s also a very healthy, easy and quick diabetic friendly, kids friendly recipe.
