Easy tomato sauce and meatballs..good for a nice diner any nite of the week..

I like to use mix of beef and pork mince meet, but you can use any.

My freezer went out on me and I had to use up the meatballs. I didn't have the ingredients I wanted to use for these, so I came up with this.

Perfect to prepare ahead and serve 'tapas' style

Minced pork can be used to cook many delicious dishes and in this recipe we’ll make it into meatballs and cook in tomato sauce. The meat turns out tender and will smell delicious, and the tomato sauce goes well with rice. Sounds good doesn’t it? (Contributed by Heina Phuong)

Pretty nice meatballs; leftovers can be frozen; use salt reduced paste and stock, and do not add extra salt to the sauce, or else it might be a bit too salty. (Pic has capsicum instead of celery, this recipe is great for substituting veggies)

I got this recipe from my grandma who used to make it almost every time we visited her...This is my favorite type of meatballs!!!
