When I first started eating a vegan diet I lost a lot of weight very quickly. The main reason for this was that I didn't know what to eat. I have been trying to find easy quick snack ideas to take for lunch or make at home on the go. This one was just a mix of things I found on the shelf and turned out really good. You can mix any veggies you have, I haven't found one that doesn't taste good yet.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1whole wheat tortilla
  2. 1/4carrot
  3. 1/2stick celery
  4. 1/4cucumber
  5. 1/4 cuphummus

Cooking Instructions

5 mins
  1. 1

    Slice all veggies desired and place in tortilla

  2. 2

    Spread hummus over veggies

  3. 3

    Roll all veggies in tortilla and enjoy.

I'm trying to find recipes using ingredients that are good for my family. My wife and I both work but we don't like eating out due to all the additives and fillers in food. As I find more recipes I'll share them.
