Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 400 gms- Paneer
  2. 1 1/2 cup- curd
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon- red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 tablespoon- chat masala
  7. 1/4 teaspoon- cumin powder
  8. 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
  9. 2 tablespoon- lemon juice
  10. 5 tablespoon- oil or butter
  11. 1 pinchred food colour
  12. 2green capsicums cut it into 2 inches cubes
  13. 1large onion cut from the side in 2 inches cubes

Steps

    Cut paneer into 2 inches cubes Mix all the masalas and powders in a bowl with curd and lemon (salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, tandoori masala, cumin powder, red food colour)

    Cut paneer(cottage cheese) into 2 inches cubes Mix all the masalas and powders in a bowl with curd and lemon (salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, tandoori masala, cumin powder, red food colour)

  3. 3

    Take the tikka stick and start arranging capsicum, onion, paneer, tomato. Heat non stick tawa on gas. Pour 1 tablespoon oil or butter on the tawa.

  4. 4

    Place your marinated paneer tikka sticks on the tawa and cover with a lid. Cook on a low flame. Time to time you have to turn your paneer tikka sticks and cook well. Apply little oil with the help of a brush. Take out on a plate.
