Ingredients

  1. 1 largeripe banana
  2. 1 cupRolled or steel cut oats (do not use quick cooking!)
  3. 1 cupUnsweetened original almond milk
  4. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  5. 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  6. 1 tbspChia seeds
  7. 1/4 cupCreamy peanut butter
  8. 1 tspLight agave syrup or honey (use more if you like sweeter oatmeal)

    In a large bowl mash your banana with a fork

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl

  3. 3

    Mix well, peanut butter must be evenly distributed!

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into 2 airtight containers or you can cover large bowl with plastic wrap, whichever you prefer.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate oats for 7 hours (overnight)

  6. 6

    When ready to eat, stir the oats

  7. 7

    Add toppings of your choice like sliced bananas, shaved dark chocolate or chips :D you can also add a little splash of almond milk if you feel it's too thick!
