  2. 3Eggs
  3. 1 cupBrown Sugar, well packed
  4. 2 tbspButter, melted
  5. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  6. 1 1/2 cupPecans
  7. 1Unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Stir the first 5 ingredients thoroughly

  3. 3

    Mix in pecans

  4. 4

    Bake on center rack for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Lower temperature to 350° and bake for another 20-30 minutes

  6. 6

    If over-browning, cover edges with foil
