This brownie souffle all started when a guest comes in, SHOOT! What about giving this recipe a go? It is quick to make and it is unbelievably delicious. The brown sugar on top creates the most wonderful crisp and chew, it is like eating the corners of a brownies, YUM! You can skip the nutella, adding more chocolate or peanut butter, if you want. This recipe can also make flourless chocolate lava cake, just bake for a few less minutes.

Whip egg whites until stiff peak forms

Melt the chocolate and nutella

Mix the yolks with the melted chocolatey mixture

Fold the egg whites and the yolk mixture

Preheat oven at Two Hundred DegreesCelsius

Put the mixture into ramekins

Sprinkle the brown sugar to add crispness and chew to the baked "muffin top", the key of a good souffle. This is also the step where the brownie comes through.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the souffle puffs up and starts to crack

Never let a souffle cool, serve immediately
