  1. 1 cupCubed Pepper Jack cheese or Cubed Gouda Cheese
  2. 4Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
  3. 2/3 cupFrozen Spinach (Thawed)
  4. 1 dashDried Oregano (crushed)
  5. 1 dashDried Mint Leaves (Crushed)
  6. 2 tspseasoned salt
  7. 2 tspChili Powder
  8. 2 tspGarlic Salt
  9. 2 tspMcCormicks® Molasses Bacon seasoning
  10. 1/4 cupKraft Homestyle Mayo

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Wash Chicken and trim any fat, Cut slit in middle of the breast about an inch away from the other end of chick all the way around making a pocket in the chicken

  3. 3

    stuff chicken with thawed/drained spinach and cubes of preferred cheese, take a wooden skewer and wave between both layers of chicken to make a seal

  4. 4

    In a bowl, add mayo and mix well with all spices and seasoning mentioned. Take mayo mix and rub all over both sides of chicken.

  5. 5

    Place chicken in a glass pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Let chicken sit for 5 minutes after it's done. Remove Wooden Skewers, and serve.
