Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 3potatoes peeled and chopped
  2. 1 canbutter beans rinsed and drained
  3. 1big bag washed chopped swiss chard
  4. 1 tbspminced garlic
  5. 1onion
  6. 1 tspeach of salt, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and masala
  7. 2dry red chillis (seeds in)
  8. 2-3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your potatoes

  2. 2

    Fry onion until soft then add all spices and fry till fragrant

  3. 3

    Add spinach and allow to cook down

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and fry till covered in spices

  5. 5

    Add beans, mix well and simmer for 5mins

  6. 6

    Enjoy this with roti and chutney
