Steps

Blend the beans, onion & pepper with 11/2 cup water, if it's too thick, add more water bit by bit.

Add egg, salt & remaining 1/2 cup of water & mix
- 3
Coat frying pan with little oil (just enough to cover the pan), & place on medium heat.

Using a cooking spoon, scoop bean batter into pan & spread, forming a circle. Fry till edges are brown & flip to the other side.

Serve hot with pap, custard, pepper sauce, or serving of your choice.
