Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 2 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupbutter, softened
  4. 1 tspalmond extract
  5. 2 cupall purpose flour
  6. 2 1/2 cupfresh or frozen cranberries, drained if needed and rinsed in a colander
  7. 2/3 cupchopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and light in color

  3. 3

    Add butter and almond extract, beat for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Stir in flour just until combined. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
