Sweet potato curd curry

Boil sweet potatoes and remove skin after cool. & Cut into small pieces. Make a paste of green chilli, ginger with salt. Make a powder of fennel seeds, jeera and coriander seeds. Chop onion & coriander leaves.

Heat oil on a low flame & just roast by adding mustard, jeera, curry leaves chanadal or Bengal gram, urad dal or black gram chilli paste & turmeric powder stir it for a two minutes then off the gas stove. Take a curd in a medium sized bowl add sweet potatoes and this masala and add chopped onion coriander leaves and powdered masala finally add one cup water & stir it. it is ready to have with rice or chapati
